The 1678AV50-5 50th Anniversary Custom Elite Electro Acoustic Guitar is a tribute to Ovation Guitars’ expertise in building guitars acquired over half a century. This instrument features the exquisite quintad bracing pattern, which helps maximize projection and punch. Owing to the Lyrachord composition of the body, this guitar is lightweight and can thus be conveniently carried to concerts. The maple construction of the neck lends the requisite strength and stability to the overall construction. The phoenix inlay at the 12th fret symbolizes endurance and regeneration. The Schaller M6 tuners provide an optimum gear ratio. The OCP-1K pickup and OP-Pro Studio pre-amplifier reproduce acoustic sounds with high fidelity during live performances.
